自上个世纪90年代《中国教育改革和发展纲要》发出号召以来,关于素质教育、课堂教学改革的话题就从来没有停止过,但在应试教育的现实面前,它不过就是话题而已。应试教育以知识技能取向为目标,以填鸭式教学传授书本知识,把教育的根本价值和工具价值割裂开来并对立起来,故意强化选拔价值,有意将人的发展淡化甚至异化。现在国家新的教育制度改革的大幕已经拉开,已出台十余年的新课程理论是应该重新引起我们重视的时候了。
Since the call for “China’s Education Reform and Development Program” in the 1990s, the topic of quality education and classroom teaching reform has never stopped, but in the face of the reality of exam-oriented education, it is only a topic. The examination-oriented education aims at the orientation of knowledge and skills, teaching book knowledge with spoon-feeding teaching, separating the fundamental value of education from the value of the tools and concentrating it, and deliberately intensifying the value of selection. It is intended to dilute or even alienate the development of people. The curtain for the reform of the country’s new education system has now been opened, and the new curriculum theory that has been introduced for more than a decade is the time to re-emerge our attention.
