水平轮作为轻轨运行的导向轮,在轻轨运行中的报废率相对较高。传统的人工拆卸和安装水平轮辋的方式存在效率低、成本高、操作具有一定危险性等缺点。为了保证轻轨水平轮轮辋拆卸、安装的安全与高效,在设计并完成轻轨水平轮拆卸的机械装置的基础之上为该装置设计了基于PLC的控制系统,实现了该装置在自动、半自动、手动3种模式下完成轻轨水平轮轮辋的拆卸与安装。
As a guide wheel for light rail operation, horizontal wheels have a relatively high scrap rate in light rail operation. The traditional methods of manually removing and installing horizontal rims have the disadvantages of low efficiency, high cost, and operation with certain risks. In order to ensure safe and efficient installation and removal of the horizontal wheel rim of light rail, a PLC-based control system was designed on the basis of designing and completing the light rail horizontal wheel disassembly mechanism. The control system was realized in automatic, semi-automatic and manual 3 modes to complete the light rail horizontal wheel rim demolition and installation.
