大剂量服用安眠类药物中毒而致深昏迷,虽经内科积极治疗抢救,仍无显效者,治疗尤为棘手。现将我室用血液灌流(HP)抢救口服速可眠至昏迷1例成功报告如下。患者胡×,女,25岁。于1989年6月1日15时,与其爱人吵架,自服可速眠38片昏迷半小时入院。检查:T36℃,P86次/分,呼吸18次/分,BP90/70mmHg,神志不清楚,唇略紫绀,双侧瞳孔0.1cm,光反射迟钝,呼吸略浅,偶有深呼吸,
