一般人可能会认为,从事什么职业是决定一个人能否成功的重要因素,而笔者手头却有这么两则小故事——一家建筑施工单位的董事长视察建筑工地,向三位砌墙的员工提出了一个相同的问题:“你在干什么?”第一个员工的回答是“我在砌砖”,第二个员工的回答是“我在挣钱,养家糊口”,而第三个员工的回答却是:“我在用双手建造一件伟大的作品”。15年后,回答在砌砖的人仍然在砌着他的砖,回答挣钱养家的人当了经理,而回答用双手建造伟大作品的人却成为了一名伟大的建筑师。
