西园二号、西园三号甘蓝已于1986年4月经四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定通过,(川农牧品审(86)04号文件)正式发布为优良新品种。一、西园二号该一代杂种是由甘蓝地方品种“小楠木”和“二乌叶”中选育出的两个自交不亲和系配制而成。1983年育成,1984-1985年参加四川省统一组织的秋冬甘蓝新品种区域试验,在6个区试点上,平均亩产4000公斤以上,比对照“京丰一号”增产20％。1985年秋,经全国蔬菜抗病丰产新品种选育攻关协作组,组织专家进行了验收,一致认为,该一代杂种性状整齐、丰产、抗病,是一个优良的秋甘蓝杂交组合。现已在省内及国内的部分省市推广。
