本研究对6例涎腺肌上皮瘤进行了光镜和电镜的观察。光镜下可见该肿瘤细胞排列呈实体型、粘液型和网状型。细胞形态为梭形、浆细胞样和上皮细胞形。电镜观察梭形细胞内含有特征性的肌微丝,沿细胞长轴排列。浆细胞样细胞胞浆内由杂乱排列的微丝和中间丝占据,胞膜上可见密斑。上皮细胞样细胞胞浆丰富,含张力细丝、中间丝及肌微丝,胞膜上可见密斑,胞膜内侧可见一些分泌囊泡及胞吐现象,说明肌上皮细胞有分泌功能。细胞间可见大量埋在颗粒状物质中的原纤维束,推测是弹性纤维
In this study, 6 cases of salivary gland myoepithelioma were observed by light and electron microscopy. Light microscope shows the tumor cells arranged in solid, mucus and reticular. Cell morphology fusiform, plasmacytoid and epithelial cells. Electron microscopy spindle cells contain characteristic muscle filaments, arranged along the long axis of the cell. Plasmacytoid cells within the cytoplasm by the messy arrangement of microfilaments and intermediate filaments occupy the membrane visible spots. Epithelial-like cells are abundant cytoplasm, including tension filaments, intermediate filaments and muscle microfilaments, dense spots visible on the cell membrane, some secreted vesicles and exocytosis can be seen inside the membrane, indicating that myoepithelial cells have secretory function. A large number of fibroblasts buried in granular material were observed among the cells, presumably elastic fibers
