我国中小民营竞争能力较弱,企业寿命偏短,其中一个重要原因是当前中小民营企业的科学企业文化的普遍存在缺失。现代企业管理已经不仅是单一的制度管理,更需要培育科学的企业文化。针对中小民营企业的企业文化现状,提出了我国中小民营企业的企业文化建设思路。
One of the important reasons for the weak competitiveness of small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises in China and their short life span is that there is a widespread lack of scientific corporate culture in small and medium-sized private enterprises. Modern business management is not only a single system of management, but also need to cultivate a scientific corporate culture. According to the status quo of the corporate culture of small and medium-sized private enterprises, put forward the idea of building corporate culture for small and medium-sized private enterprises in our country.
