编辑者将怀着对作者和作品的温情与敬意,持守对法治及其理论的虔诚与审慎,以《厦门大学法律评论》(以下简称《评论》)参与转型中国的学术建设、社会进步。一、编辑者为此所提供的形异而神一的理论平台包括:学术专论;学术评论(包括学术批评、立法评论、案例评析等);学术译作;学术随笔;法律教育评论;司法官来稿(视稿源情况可以分别是“检察官来稿”、“执法官来稿”、“代理人来稿”等)。
The editors will, with warmth and respect to the authors and works, uphold the piety and prudence of the rule of law and its theory, and take part in the academic construction and social progress of transformation in China with the “Law Review of Xiamen University” (hereinafter referred to as “Comment”).
