天水市水洞沟金矿床位于祁连—北秦岭加里东造山带接合部位的巨大反S型构造带南侧,金矿化严格受EW向断裂控制。围岩蚀变以硅化、褐铁矿化、黄铁矿化、绢云母化为特征。主要载金矿物是褐铁矿、黄铁矿、毒砂。变砂岩、韧脆性断裂构造、中酸性侵入岩是控制矿床形成的基本条件,近EW向构造蚀变带及化探异常发育部位是找矿有利地段。
The Shuidonggou gold deposit in Tianshui City is located south of the huge anti-S-type structural belt at the junction of the Qilian-North Qinling Caledonian orogenic belt and gold mineralization is strictly controlled by EW fractures. Wall rock alteration is characterized by silicification, limonite mineralization, pyrite mineralization and sericitization. The main gold-bearing minerals are limonite, pyrite and arsenopyrite. Variable sandstone, ductile-brittle fracture structure and medium-acid intrusive rock are the basic conditions for controlling the formation of the deposit. The tectonic alteration zone near the EW and the abnormal geochemical exploration sites are favorable prospecting areas.
