本文在分析研究激光热处理的特点和机理的基础上,合理选用表面涂层,用聚焦光束成功地实现了以百瓦级二氧化碳激光器对较大型、薄壁异形零件作表面熔化——凝固处理。经两年装车运行试验取得较好的技术和经济效益。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics and mechanism of the laser heat treatment, the surface coating is selected reasonably and the surface melting-solidification treatment of large-scale and thin-wall shaped parts by a 100-watt CO2 laser is successfully achieved with the focused beam. After two years running test loading achieved better technical and economic benefits.
