甲氧苄胺嘧啶(TMP)为抗菌增效剂,广泛用于临床。其血药浓度的测定方法,国外虽有报道.但国内罕见。为了给TMP的药代动力学研究提供快速、灵敏的测定方法.我们用反相高效液相色谱法测定了奶山羊血清中TMP浓度。

Trimethoprim (TMP) antibacterial synergist, widely used in clinical. The determination of plasma concentration, although foreign reports, but rare in China. To provide a fast and sensitive assay for the pharmacokinetic study of TMP, we determined the TMP concentration in milk goat serum using reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography.
