回顾了从建国初期老水电厂半自动控制,到按学习“原苏联”管理水电厂生产模式,直至我国改革开放学习西方发达国家计算机监控,实施无人值班的实践过程,几十年的经验体会。阐述了实现国产设备水电厂远方计算机遥控,创造电厂职工生活区进城,实现无人值班的认识体会。
