怀仁一中近年来在德育工作方面成绩突出,他们提出“素质教育,德育为先;抓德育,促进教学;教学是中心,政教作保障”的工作思路,主张德育工作应该从两个方面入手:一是让德育回归生活;二是大处着眼,小处入手。1995年,该校首批通过山西省人民政府德育示范校验收;2000年,被国家教育部授予“德育工作先进学校”的称号。几年间,省内外先后有4500多所学校的代表来怀仁一中考察,对怀仁一中的德育工作给予了高度的评价。德育工作已经成为该校学生发展的奠基工程,成为学校发展的核心竞争力。
In recent years, Huairen Yizhong has made outstanding achievements in moral education. They put forward the idea of “quality education, moral education first, moral education, teaching promotion, teaching as a center, and education as a guarantee,” and advocates that moral education should be based on two tasks. Start with: First, let moral education return to life; Second, look at the big picture and start small. In 1995, the school passed the first batch of demonstrations by the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government for moral education; in 2000, it was awarded the title of “Advanced School for Moral Education” by the Ministry of Education. In the past few years, there have been representatives of more than 4,500 schools in and out of the province to visit Huai Ren Yizhong and gave a high evaluation of the moral education work of Huai Ren Yizhong. Moral education has become the foundational project for student development at the school and has become the core competitiveness of the school’s development.
