随着三亚旅游的发展,散客已成为三亚旅游市场的主力军。传统旅游经营管理模式难以适应当今旅游市场发展的需要,旅游市场管理体制,特别是导游管理体制暴露出众多问题亟待解决。本文就政策条件和三亚旅游市场基础条件展开分析三亚导游体制改革可行性及面临的问题。
With the development of tourism in Sanya, FIT has become the main force in the tourism market in Sanya. The traditional tourism management model is difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of today’s tourism market. The tourism market management system, especially the tour guide management system, has exposed many problems that need to be solved urgently. This article analyzes the policy conditions and the basic conditions of Sanya tourism market analysis of the feasibility of Sanya tour guide system reform and problems.
