现阶段,高职院校的大学生法律教育在高等法学教育中占有重要位置,而当前的高职院校法律教育却在很多方面都存在着不足之处,严重制约了高职生法律教育效果的发挥,为此就要采取有针对性的措施来解决存在的问题,形成科学的高职法律教育新模式,通过各种有效教学组织方式来提高法律教育质量,加强法律教材和教师队伍建设,实现高职法律教育目的。本文将对高职院校大学生法律教育中存在的问题进行分析,并初步提出针对性的探索式解决措施。
