野生动物资源是一种十分重要的资源,其价值极大,其中包括生态价值和经济价值等。所以,保护野生动物资源不仅对生态环境有利,同时也是人类自己生存所不能缺少的资源。保护野生动物资源已成为了全世界都非常关注的问题。基于此,对我国目前的野生动物资源保护法律规定进行分析,给出一些建设性的建议。
Wild animal resources is a very important resource, its great value, including ecological value and economic value. Therefore, the protection of wildlife resources not only beneficial to the ecological environment, but also human beings can not survive their own lack of resources. Conservation of wildlife resources has become a matter of great concern to the world. Based on this, the current legal provisions of wildlife resources protection in our country are analyzed and some constructive suggestions are given.
