2009年,广东省韶关市审计局努力探索发挥审计“免疫系统”功能的实现途径,深入跟踪审计调查被征地农民养老保险基金征管情况,取得了良好的成效。审计调查报告得到市领导的高度评价,市领导在审计报告上作出专门批示。市财政局和市劳动与社会保障局根据审计建议联合向市政府提出《关于报请市政府审批〈韶关市被征地农民养老保险基金财政专户管理体制理及财务核算暂行办法〉的请示》,将采取措施进一步完善管理制度。
