同志们:这次中国职协五届四次会长会议的主要任务是,全面贯彻党的十八大和十八届三中、四中全会精神,深入贯彻习近平总书记系列重要讲话精神,落实全国人力资源和社会保障工作会议部署,总结过去一年的工作,分析当前面临的形势,安排部署2015年工作。关于今年部里职业能力建设、职业技能鉴定和中国职协的重点工作,接下来,张立新司长、刘康主任和中国职协新任秘书长陈祎同志将作具体部署。借此机会,我想就中国经济发展出现的阶段性变化即经济发展新常态,结合我们当前从事的职工教育和职业培训工作,谈点自己的认识和看法,供大家参考。
