在我国的社会主义市场经济体制下,商品交换的过程中往往伴随着很多的问题,为了很好的实现商品交换的流程,促进我国经济的发展,调整好交易过程中存在的经济关系,就需要一种法律法规来进行调整和约束,于是民商法应运而生。作为我国社会主义市场经济的重要调节环节,同时也是我国经济,社会和政治水平的重要衡量指标,民商法在我国的经济社会发展中起到了非常重要的作用。为了更好的发挥民商法在我国的经济社会的调节和规范作用,下面我们就现代民商法在我国的经济中的价值体现进行如下探究。
