目的:基于方证对应理论研究正常和脑缺血病理状态下黄连解毒汤中指标成分肠吸收情况的差异性,探讨临床对症治疗脑缺血疾病的合理性。方法:以黄连解毒汤中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、栀子苷为检测指标,建立在体单向肠灌流模型,考察不同浓度黄连解毒汤在正常和脑缺血大鼠的肠吸收情况。结果:与正常组比较,不同浓度黄连解毒汤中盐酸小檗碱、黄芩苷、栀子苷在脑缺血模型组大鼠不同肠段的肠吸收均有一定程度增加,其中盐酸小檗碱在十二指肠、空肠有显著性增加;黄芩苷在全部肠段的肠吸收均有显著性增加;栀子苷在空肠、回肠、结肠有显著性增加。结论:黄连解毒汤主要药效成分在脑缺血大鼠的肠道吸收情况优于正常组,为该复方临床对症治疗脑缺血疾病的合理性提供实验依据,体现了中医方证对应理论。
OBJECTIVE: To study the difference of intestinal absorption of the index components in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction under pathological conditions of normal and cerebral ischemia based on the principle of syndrome correspondence, and to explore the rationality of clinical symptomatic treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases. METHODS: The berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, and geniposide in Huanglian Jiedu Decoction were used as testing indicators to establish a one-way intestinal perfusion model. The intestinal absorption of different concentrations of Huanglian Jiedu Tang in normal and cerebral ischemic rats was investigated. Results: Compared with the normal group, the intestinal absorption of berberine hydrochloride, baicalin and geniposide in different concentrations of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in rats of cerebral ischemia model group increased to some extent, and berberine hydrochloride was There was a significant increase in duodenum and jejunum, and there was a significant increase in the intestinal absorption of baicalin in all intestinal segments. Jasminoids increased significantly in the jejunum, ileum, and colon. Conclusion: The main medicinal components of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is better than the normal group in the intestinal absorption of cerebral ischemic rats. It provides experimental basis for the rationality of the compound clinical clinical treatment of cerebral ischemic diseases, and reflects the corresponding theory of Chinese medicine prescription.
