目的:对硝酸咪康唑乳膏鉴别方法进行探讨。方法:分别考察了薄层色谱法、紫外分光光度法、高效液相色谱法,对硝酸咪康唑乳膏鉴别。结果:高效液相色谱法可以准确的鉴别。结论:《中国药典》2005年版二部硝酸咪康唑乳膏鉴别项下建议增加高效液相色谱法。
Objective: To investigate the identification of miconazole nitrate cream. Methods: Thin layer chromatography, UV spectrophotometry and HPLC respectively were used to identify miconazole nitrate creams. Results: High performance liquid chromatography can be accurately identified. Conclusion: The Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2005 edition of two miconazole nitrate cream identification under the proposed increase in high performance liquid chromatography.
