1.中国民航重组 2001年2月25目,以中国国际航空公司、中国东方航空公司、中国南方航空公司为基础组建的三大航空运输集团公司正式出炉,与中国民航总局脱钩。这项改革涉及7.3万人和1500亿元资产,组建后的集团公司每家资产总规模约500亿元,而三者资产的总和达到了民航总资产的80％。同时6家地方航空公司(上海航、山东航、四川航、武汉航、深圳航、中国邮政航空)也宣布组成总资产近200亿元的中国中天航空企业集团。
1. Reorganization of China Civil Aviation February 25, 2001 The three major air transport group companies based on Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines were formally released and decoupled from CAAC. The reform involves 73,000 people and 150 billion yuan of assets. After the founding of the group, each asset has a total size of about 50 billion yuan. The sum of the three assets amounts to 80% of the total assets of the civil aviation industry. At the same time, six local airlines (Shanghai Airlines, Shandong Airlines, Sichuan Airlines, Wuhan Airlines, Shenzhen Airlines, China Post Airlines) also announced the formation of nearly 20 billion yuan in total assets of China Zhongtian Aviation Group.
