目的:研究以昏迷急诊入院患者的病因、临床特点及处理方法,为以昏迷入院患者的诊治提供一定的临床依据。方法:选取我院以昏迷急诊入院的88例患者为研究对象,分析昏迷原因及治疗措施。结果:88例昏迷患者,急性脑血管病24例,急性心血管疾病19例,急性中毒11例,糖尿病相关并发症9例,外伤10例,其他15例。结论:对于以昏迷急诊入院的患者,积极寻找病因,采取安全有效的抢救措施,对于提高治疗有效率、降低死亡率有重要意义。
Objective: To study the etiology, clinical features and treatment of patients admitted to hospital in coma emergency, so as to provide some clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of patients admitted into hospital in coma. Methods: A total of 88 patients admitted to our hospital in coma were enrolled in this study. The causes and treatment measures of coma were analyzed. Results: Of the 88 comatose patients, 24 were acute cerebrovascular disease, 19 were acute cardiovascular disease, 11 were acute poisoning, 9 were diabetes-related complications, 10 were trauma and 15 were other. Conclusion: It is of great significance to improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the mortality rate in emergency patients who seek hospitalization by looking for the cause actively and taking safe and effective rescue measures.
