病历摘要患者男性,29岁,农民,因肉限血尿1年,于1988年7月5日入院。患者1987年7月劳动时突然左侧腰痛后解血尿至今从未间断,血尿颜色劳动后深,休息后浅。近半年出现头昏眼花,食欲不振,四肢无力。无尿频,尿急、尿痛及腰部不适。曾到外地行 X 线,B 超,膀胱镜检查未找到出血原因而来我院住院治疗。既往病史:健康,无肝病、肺结核等传染病,无高血压史。入院查体:体温37℃,脉搏100次/分,血压15.7/7.7kPa(118/58mmHg)。慢性病容,贫血外
