北京轻型汽车有限公司是国内专业生产轻型载货汽车的主要厂家之一。1992年以来,公司为了扩大生产能力,尽快实现年产“五十铃”汽车十万辆的经营目标,开展了大规模的技术改造工程,从德国引进了14台500-1600吨的大型冲压设备,组成A、C、D三条冲压生产线。在引进设备的调试过程中,公司教育部门与设备部门密切协作,配合工程项目承包对调试工人进行了现场岗位培训,保证了技改工程提前完工并投入生产。
Beijing Light Automobile Co., Ltd. is one of the major manufacturers specializing in the production of light truck. Since 1992, in order to expand its production capacity, the company realized its business goal of producing 100,000 Isuzu cars as soon as possible and carried out large-scale technical reconstruction projects. It imported 14 large-scale stamping equipment of 500-1600 tons from Germany and composed A, C, D three stamping production lines. In the process of introducing equipment, the education department and the equipment department of the company worked closely to train the commissioning workers on site with the project contracting, which ensured that the technical renovation project was completed and put into production ahead of schedule.
