富春江水电站是在1958年大跃进的形势下上马的,机械设备和材料都不足,但全体职工在困难的条件下,艰苦奋斗,取得了巨大的成绩。一年以来,开展了以技术革新和技术革命为中心的增产节约运动;发动职工破除迷信,树立自立更生的思想;动脑筋想办法,合理地修改设计。研究制定比较先进的施工技术措施。为国家节约了钢材四千吨,水泥两千多吨,木材一万多方。实现了几个重大的革新项目。
