着城市经济和现代化水平的不断提高,对城市整体风貌的要求越来越高,城市景观建设提上日程。城市景观的建设已经成为评定城市地位的重要依据之一,在现代化城市中,始终在追求发展的速度,每个城市的景观建设大同小异,在景观设计中看不到城市的历史文脉,景观作品就只是展示新型材料和科技化的雕塑,这样的景观作品只会使城市变得平庸。以此看来,把历史文脉元素融入到现代城市景观设计中,赋予景观情感和灵魂,同时又使得历史文脉在景观设计中得以延续,是现代城市景观设计的重中之重。
