目的探讨食道癌根治术后病人肺功能的改变以及不同部位食管癌对病人肺功能影响程度的差异。方法收集2009年至2010年我院收治的80例食道癌根治手术资料,患者按不同部位进行分组,上段食道癌组10例,中段食道癌组39例,下段食道癌组31例。测定术前、术后1个月肺功能情况,对两组的肺功能检查结果进行分析。结果 80例病人术后未发生肺部并发症,术后均有不同程度肺功能下降(P<0.05),术后肺活量(VC%)、用力肺活量(FVC%)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEVI%)及最大通气量(MVV%)测定,3组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论食道癌切除术后患者均有不同程度肺功能下降,但不同部位食道癌患者之间无明显差异,表明不同部位食道癌对肺功能差异无显著影响。
Objective To investigate the changes of lung function in esophageal cancer patients after radical resection and the difference of esophageal cancer patients’ lung function. Methods Eighty esophageal cancer radical mastectomy data collected from 2009 to 2010 in our hospital were collected. The patients were grouped according to different locations. Ten patients in the upper esophageal cancer group, 39 in the middle esophageal cancer group and 31 in the lower esophageal cancer group were collected. Preoperative and postoperative 1 month lung function was measured, and the results of pulmonary function tests were analyzed. Results There were no postoperative pulmonary complications in 80 patients. There were significant differences in pulmonary function (P <0.05), postoperative VVC, FVC%, first second forced expiratory volume (FEVI%) and maximum ventilation (MVV%), there was no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions Patients with esophageal cancer have different degree of pulmonary function decline after esophageal resection, but there is no significant difference between esophageal cancer patients at different sites, indicating that esophageal cancer has no significant effect on the difference of lung function.
