为响应党中央“科技兴农”的号召,配合我县农业再上新台阶计划的实施。梅县剑英图书馆,邀请县农牧局农艺师梁丙卿、谢聪珍、黄颖才,畜牧兽医师陈颖超,植物研究所所长庄和方,县水产局张利民等专家,于五月二十八日至三十日,分别在白宫、城东、南口等乡镇联合举办农科咨询活动。三天时间共解答各地农民提出的有关水果果实缺素症、流胶病、疮痂病、溃疡病、炭疸病和驳纹细蛾、椿橡,红蜏蜘蛛、天牛、蛀蒂虫等病虫害防治问题258人次,有关猪、牛、羊、鸡、鸭、鹅肝片吸虫病、白痢病、脚软病、禽出败、瘟疫等疾病防治和饲料配搭、驱虫药使用方法等问题98人次,还赠送和出售农科资料近200份。
