乒乓球作为中国的国球,有着广泛的基础,目前各高职院校一般都开设了乒乓球选项课,但大都数教学效果一般,这主要和教学方法有关,本文主要介绍了表象训练在高职院校乒乓球选项课中的应用,以及表象训练在高职院校乒乓球选项课教学中的应用以及相关注意事项。以及达到相对理想的训练效果。
