1 前言吕四海岸位于长江三角洲北缘,为长江入海泥沙堆积而成.近百年来,长江主流南移,输向吕四海区的泥沙减少,在风浪袭击下,岸滩遭受强烈侵蚀。据估计,60年代以前因遭侵蚀,岸滩后退年平均为10m,60年代后期筑堤护岸,海滩下蚀仍在继续,每年最大刷深仍有0.1 m 左右,由于滩地刷深,堤前水深加大,作用于堤坡波浪也不断增大,对海堤构成严重威胁。1981年9月1日14~#台风时,正值农历初三大潮,波高最大达2.2m,高潮大浪,使吕四茅家港以西12km 长的干砌块石护坡工程几乎全部摧毁,堤前
1 INTRODUCTION The Lusi coast is located at the northern margin of the Yangtze River Delta and is formed by sediment deposition from the Yangtze River into the sea.
