全球化作为一种趋势在整个世界范围内出现,各国的经济主权正面临着日益严峻的考验。如何在此背景下更好的维护国家主权成为各国面临的问题。美国利用了国内的法律和判例及WTO本身的机制来保护其主权。发展中国家如何在经济主权问题上做出理性选择积极参与和利用全球化为本国国家利益服务,成为其努力的方向。
Globalization has emerged as a trend all over the world and the economic sovereignty of various countries is facing an increasingly severe test. How to better safeguard state sovereignty under this background has become a problem that various countries face. The United States has used domestic laws and precedents and the WTO’s own mechanisms to protect its sovereignty. How Developing Countries Make Rational Choice on the Issue of Economic Sovereignty Active participation and use of globalization to serve their own national interests have become the direction of their efforts.
