我班是个毕业班,是个红领巾班。上学期全班学生共40人,其中38个是队员,2个是团员。本学期3个中队委员和2个团员因故转了学,现在全班还有35个队员。经了解,他们对于毕业后出路的看法,不是全部正确的。有的只想进普通中学,不愿意进农业中学,认为农业中学不是正式学校。有的想当工人、解放军,不愿意当农民,尤其不愿意参加服务性行业。面对这种情况,我想必须加强思想政治教育和劳动教育,使学生认清形势,提高觉悟,热爱劳动,逐步解决思想问题。
My class is a graduating class, a red scarf class. Last semester the class a total of 40 students, of which 38 are team members, two are members. This semester members of three squadrons and two members transferred to school for some reason, and now there are 35 team members. As we have learned, they are not entirely correct about the way out after graduation. Some just want to go to ordinary secondary schools, do not want to go to agricultural secondary schools, that agricultural secondary schools are not formal schools. Some want to be workers, the People’s Liberation Army, do not want to be farmers, especially reluctant to join the service industry. Faced with this situation, I think we must strengthen ideological and political education and labor education so that students can clearly understand the situation, raise awareness, love labor, and gradually solve their ideological problems.
