临床上急性重症脑血管病出现钠代谢失调较多见 ,但有关分析钠代谢紊乱与病程预后的关系报道较少。本文对我院2 0 0 0年 10月— 2 0 0 1年 3月收治的格拉斯格昏迷评分 (ＧＣＳ)≤ 10分的 10 2例急性重症脑血管病患者的血清钠进行监测 ,结合急性重症脑血管病急性期出现钠代谢失调
