在企业改革和发展如火如荼的新形势下,怎样加强和改进企业思想政治工作,是摆在我们面前亟待解决的一个重大课题。笔者认为,企业思想政治工作应着重在认识、原则、方向等问题上进行加强和改进。一、深化认识,牢固树立“生命线”观念,充分发挥思想政治工作的作用思想政治工作是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。思想政治工作之所以重要,就体现在它能够化解矛盾、调整关系、凝聚人心;能够帮助职工消除疑虑、理顺情绪,提升思想境界和认识水平,坚定前进信心;能够激发职工的工作热情,充分调动职工的积极性和创造性。在革命战争时代,我们党靠坚强有力的思想政治工作打败了武装精良的八百万国民党军
