一概述白点是钢中不允许的冶金缺陷,在横向酸浸低倍试片上观察到直的、弯曲或锯齿状裂纹,但在纵向断面上它为银白色斑点,如图1所示。一般认为,钢中白点的形成取决于氢和应力。但是,这种缺陷的氢脆机制迄今依然是一个尚未完全解决的课题。本文首先介绍几种钢材和铸钢件白点断口的微观特征,然后再对钢中白点的氢脆机制予以深入的探讨。
An overview of the white point is not allowed in the steel metallurgical defects, observed in the horizontal leaching dip specimen straight, curved or jagged cracks, but in longitudinal section it is silver-white spots, as shown in Figure 1. It is generally believed that the formation of white spots in steel depends on hydrogen and stress. However, the hydrogen embrittlement mechanism of such defects has so far remained an issue that has not yet been fully solved. This paper first introduces the microscopic features of several white point fracture of steel and cast steel, and then discusses the hydrogen embrittlement mechanism of white point in steel.
