胡女士今年64岁,4年前出现便血,肠镜检查发现是乙状结肠息肉,经切除活检为良性的腺瘤样息肉.医生叮嘱要定期复查肠镜,但胡女士再未出现便血,觉得没什么事了,便将医嘱忘在脑后.rn不幸的是,胡女士今年再次出现便血,去医院检查发现结肠息肉复发并癌变.该病例反映出结肠息肉可反复出现,做了息肉切除仍应定期复查,以预防结肠癌.
