[目的]寻找适合苎麻施用的叶面肥。[方法]通过田间试验和室内试验研究不同叶面肥在不同时间、不同土壤喷施对苎麻生理生化特性的影响。[结果]喷施腐植酸类叶面肥可显著提高苎麻的可溶性糖、硝酸还原酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶的活性。从试验地点来看,新屋杨苎麻各参数的增幅相对较少,而牛角畈的增幅较大。从叶面肥的品种来看,丰收素施用效果优于其他两种。施用腐植酸类叶面肥能够促进作物根系生长,从而有效地利用深层土壤的养分与水分,能够促进作物茎叶生长,显著增加苎麻产量,提高产品品质,提高农民收入。[结论]叶面肥具有广阔的市场应用前景。
[Objective] The research aimed to find the suitable foliar fertilizer for ramie application. [Method] The effects of different foliar fertilizers on physiological and biochemical characteristics of ramie at different time and different soil spraying were studied by field and laboratory experiments. [Result] The results showed that spraying humic acid foliar fertilizer could significantly increase the activities of soluble sugar, nitrate reductase, peroxidase and catalase of ramie. From the test point of view, the new house Yang ramie relatively small increase in the parameters, and the horns 畈 larger increase. From the variety of foliar fertilizer, the effect of the use of bovine hormone is better than the other two. Application of humic acid foliar fertilizer can promote crop root growth, so as to effectively use the nutrients and water in deep soil, which can promote crop stem and leaf growth, significantly increase ramie yield, improve product quality and increase farmers’ income. [Conclusion] Foliar fertilizer has broad market application prospect.
