海洋是具有战略意义的新兴开发领域。我国是沿海大国,开发海洋具有重大意义。由国家海洋局海洋发展战略研究所副所长杨金森等专家撰写、华中理工大学出版社出版的《中国海洋开发战略》一书,是作者多年来对海洋开发问题研究的结晶。该书共六章约20余万字,它站在全球和国家全局的高度,探讨我国海洋开发、海洋产业、海洋技术发展、海洋生态保护等专题,是我国第一部全面、系统论述和探讨我国现代海洋开发战略、政策和规划问题的专著。
