目的:研究猫爪草的化学成分及其体外抗耐药结核活性。方法:采用ODS、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶等多种柱色谱进行分离,利用NMR等波谱技术鉴定猫爪草的化学成分,利用绝对浓度法对分离得到的化合物进行抗耐药结核活性评价。结果:从猫爪草的抗耐药结核活性部位中分离得到7个化合物,分别鉴定为2-脱氧-D-核糖酸-1,4-内酯(1)、异麦芽酚-α-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、香草酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、水杨苷(4)、正丁基-β-D-呋喃果糖苷(5)、3,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(6)、咖啡酸(7)。结论:其中,化合物1~6为首次从毛茛属植物中分离得到。药敏试验表明,化合物1~4、6、7具有抗耐药结核活性。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents and anti-drug-resistant tuberculosis activity in cat’s claw. Methods: ODS, Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH-20 Sephadex LH- Evaluation. Results: Seven compounds were isolated from the active sites of anti-drug resistant tuberculosis of Catharanthus gracilis and identified as 2-deoxy-D-ribonoyl-1,4-lactone (1), isomalt-α-D- Glycosides (2), Vanillic acid 4-O-β-D-glucoside (3), Salicin (4), n-Butyl-β-D-fructofuranoside Oxybenzoic acid (6), caffeic acid (7). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1-6 were isolated from buttercups for the first time. Drug susceptibility tests showed that compounds 1 ~ 4,6,7 have anti-TB activity.
