会阴部穿入盲管伤同时损伤直肠、阴道、宫颈、膀胱等较少见。现报道二例。病例全××女,27岁、已婚,居民,平乐籍。因野外作业不慎滑跌坐在地上,地上立有一根拇指样粗长约9寸的小竹蔸,竹蔸在离肛门3cm 6点钟方向处斜向前偏左刺入盆腔,受伤后自己奋力爬起,腹痛不止,排少量血尿一次,畏寒发热4h,1979年5月15日下午4时急诊入院,查体:T37.5℃,P78次/分,R20次/分,Bp90/70mmHg。心肺正常。腹部:肌卫,下腔部压、反跳痛(+),耻骨联合部稍肿胀。肝脾未触及,听诊肠鸣音弱。肛检:肛旁6点离肛门约3cm处有一个
