从简单分析多绳摩擦提升机工作特性着手,论述了动力卸载箕斗卸空检测及控制的必要性,提出了一种可行的卸载过程检测方法。利用卸载密度变化值及其对应的测量时间,比较准确地计算出卸载量,与装载物料量值相比较,准确判断出箕斗卸空与否。在此基础上,设计了基于PLC的动力卸载箕斗的控制方案。
Beginning with a brief analysis of the working characteristics of multi-rope friction hoist, the necessity of unloading detection and control of power unloading bucket is discussed. A feasible unloading process detection method is proposed. By using the change value of unloading density and its corresponding measuring time, the unloading volume can be calculated more accurately and compared with the value of loading materials to judge whether the dumping is empty or not. On this basis, the control scheme of power unloading skip based on PLC is designed.
