试验采用四元二次旋转回归正交组合设计,研究脱毒马铃薯品种大西洋种植蜜度、肥料种类及施用量与产量之间的优化数学模型,经计算机对模型进行分析模拟,求得脱毒马铃薯原原种大西洋每公顷产量在18 826.5kg以上的组合方案有266个,建立高产栽培技术模型:种植密度为每公顷129 450~133 680株,每公顷纯(N)施用量为109.8~123.75 kg,纯(P2O5)施用量为237.9~260.1 kg,纯(K2O)施用量为254.25~294.3 kg。措施中心值是:每公顷种植密度为131 655株、施纯N 117 kg、P2O5 249 kg、K2O 274.5 kg。N、P2O5、K2O的比例约为1:2.1:2.4。
