This paper analyzes the existing problems of the existing air preheater - rotary and light pipe air preheater in thermal power plant boiler, expounds the advantages of the new spiral flute air preheater, introduces its use status and energy saving effect. It is pointed out that spiral flute air preheater is an efficient energy-saving equipment for boilers.
