综述了模拟技术及其在钛合金热加工领域的应用现状。重点介绍了热模拟技术和数值模拟技术在钛合金热变形机制,如流动应力模型即流动应力与变形工艺参数(温度、应变速率)关系、热加工图、缺陷成因分析、损伤行为预测、宏观变量(温度场、应力场、应变场、金属流动规律、载荷)分布等方面的应用研究,同时介绍了钛合金微观组织数值模拟的研究现状。最后指出了目前钛合金热加工模拟中有待解决的问题及发展趋势。
The simulation technology and its application status in the field of titanium alloy hot working are reviewed. The thermal deformation mechanism of titanium alloy, such as flow stress and deformation process parameters (temperature, strain rate), thermal processing diagram, defect cause analysis, damage behavior prediction, macroscopic variables (Temperature field, stress field, strain field, metal flow rule and load distribution), and the research status of numerical simulation of titanium alloy microstructure is introduced. At last, it points out the problems to be solved in the thermal simulation of titanium alloy and their development trends.
