本研究旨在探讨CD37抗原在急性B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)及B细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤(B-NHL)细胞中表达的意义。利用多参数流式细胞仪检测对照骨髓标本、B-ALL标本及B-NHL标本细胞中CD37的表达。结果表明,20例B-ALL细胞[初治5例,伴微小残留病(MRD)15例]低表达CD37(1.04±0.24;1.50±0.89),正常前体B细胞也低表达CD37(1.64±0.52),3组间CD37表达水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。正常成熟B细胞和BNHL细胞均高表达CD37(14.23±7.84和14.53±10.93),它们之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。正常B细胞不同发育阶段的CD37表达水平比较显示,B祖细胞低表达CD37(0.88±0.17),B前体细胞CD37表达增高(2.44±0.69),成熟B细胞CD37表达最高。结论:低表达CD37并非B-ALL细胞所特有。幼稚B细胞低表达CD37,随着B细胞的成熟CD37的表达强度逐渐升高,亦即CD37在B细胞中的表达与细胞的良恶性无关。
This study aimed to investigate the significance of CD37 antigen expression in B-ALL and B-NHL cells. The multi-parameter flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD37 in control bone marrow samples, B-ALL specimens and B-NHL specimens. The results showed that CD37 (1.04 ± 0.24; 1.50 ± 0.89) was low in 20 cases of B-ALL cells [5 cases of newly diagnosed cases and 15 cases of minimal residual disease (MRD)], and low level of CD37 0.52). There was no significant difference in the expression of CD37 between the three groups (P> 0.05). CD37 (14.23 ± 7.84 and 14.53 ± 10.93) were highly expressed in normal mature B cells and BNHL cells, and there was no significant difference between them (P> 0.05). Comparison of CD37 expression levels in normal B cells at different developmental stages showed that CD37 expression in B progenitor cells was low (0.88 ± 0.17), CD37 expression in B precursor cells was increased (2.44 ± 0.69), CD37 expression was the highest in mature B cells. Conclusion: Low expression of CD37 is not unique to B-ALL cells. The expression of CD37 in naive B cells was low, and the expression of CD37 was gradually increased with the maturation of B cells. That is, the expression of CD37 in B cells was not related to the benign and malignant cells.
