目的观察神经胶质瘤相关蛋白-2(GLIPR-2)在DN大鼠肾组织中的表达及意义。方法将Wistar大鼠30只分为正常对照(NC)组和DN组。造模成功16周末检测两组血肌酐(Scr)、24hUAlb水平。HE染色观察肾组织病理变化。采用免疫组织化学方法检测肾间质小管GLIPR-2表达水平。结果 DN组Scr、24hUAlb较NC组升高[(37.05±1.41)vs(1.22±0.83)μmol/L;(13.31±0.67)vs(3.10±0.49)mg/24h,P<0.05]。GLIPR-2主要表达在DN组肾间质小管上皮细胞中,GLIPR-2蛋白表达水平与Scr、24hUAlb呈正相关(r=0.905、0.913,P<0.05)。结论 DN大鼠肾间质小管GLIPR-2蛋白表达水平升高,与Scr、24hUAlb呈正相关。
Objective To observe the expression of glioma-associated protein-2 (GLIPR-2) in the kidney of DN rats and its significance. Methods Thirty Wistar rats were divided into normal control (NC) group and DN group. Six weeks after the successful modeling, serum creatinine (Scr) and 24hUAlb level were measured. The pathological changes of kidney were observed by HE staining. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of GLIPR-2 in renal interstitial tubules. Results Scr and 24hUAlb in DN group were significantly higher than those in NC group [(37.05 ± 1.41) vs (1.22 ± 0.83) μmol / L, (13.31 ± 0.67) vs (3.10 ± 0.49) mg / 24h, respectively. GLIPR-2 was mainly expressed in renal tubulointerstitial epithelial cells in DN group. GLIPR-2 protein expression was positively correlated with Scr and 24hUAlb (r = 0.905, 0.913, P <0.05). Conclusion The protein expression of GLIPR-2 in renal tubulointerstitial of DN rats increased, which was positively correlated with Scr and 24hUAlb.
