〕双派嗪双季铵盐类化合物(M2+ 2Br- 2HCl)具有良好的抗肿瘤,镇痛和抗氧化作用。本文对三个1,10-双(N-取代哌嗪)癸烷双季铵盐新化合物进行了质谱及其裂解规律的研究。从快原子轰击质谱(FABMS)得到了[M+ X]+ 峰,[M- H]+ 峰和[M- R+ H]+ 峰。此[M- H]+ 峰可由R+ 重排而来。从电子轰击离子化质谱(EIMS)得到了主要碎片峰,特征峰m /z99,m /z113,m /z281,m /z311,等也可由类霍夫曼(Hoffm ann)降解形成。此文为双盐类化合物的质谱研究提供了方法及裂解规律
Bipyrazine double quaternary ammonium compounds (M2 + 2Br-2HCl) has good anti-tumor, analgesic and anti-oxidation. In this paper, three 1,10-bis (N-substituted piperazine) decane bis quaternary ammonium salt of new compounds were studied by mass spectrometry and cleavage. [M + X] + peak, [M- H] + peak and [M- R + H] + peak were obtained from fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FABMS). This [M-H] + peak can be rearranged by R +. The major fragment peaks were obtained from electron impact ionization mass spectrometry (EIMS). The characteristic peaks m / z 99, m / z 113, m / z 281, m / z 31 1 and the like can also be formed by Hoffmann degradation.
