本文用双波长薄层扫描法对北京及安国县两地的蓼蓝在不同生长期的靛甙含量进行了测定,结果表明在8～9月含量最高,是最佳采收期,从而为利用这一资源和评价其质量提供了方法和依据。
In this paper, the dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning method was used to determine the indigo content of indigo in Beijing and Anguo in different growing seasons. The results showed that the content was the highest in the period from August to September and it was the best harvest period. This resource and the evaluation of its quality provide the method and basis.
