以大鼠80只,随机分4组(每组20只,简称A,B,C,D组),前3组分别用醋氨己酸锌225,450,900mg/kg·d连续口饲12周,各剂量组大鼠一般行为正常。体重、血常规、凝血时间、血小板计数,血液生化学指标:谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、血糖(GLU)、总胆红素(TBili)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cree)、总胆固醇(TC-holes)与对照组(D组)相比无明显差异(P>0.05),病理解剖检查也未见异常。
Eighty rats were randomly divided into 4 groups (20 in each group, referred to as group A, B, C, and D respectively). The first three groups were fed orally with zinc acesulfame 225, 450, 900 mg/kg·d for 12 consecutive weeks. Rats in the dosing group had normal behavior. Weight, blood routine, clotting time, platelet count, blood biochemical indicators: GPT, GOT, AKP, TP, ALB, blood glucose (GLU), total bilirubin (TBili), urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cree), total cholesterol (TC-holes) were not significantly different from the control group (D) (P>0.05), pathological anatomy There was no abnormality in the examination.
